As of now, Dreamworks stands ready to walk in Disney\u2019s footsteps with a live-action adaptation of its gentlemen’s animated film<\/a> series, How to Train Your Dragon<\/em>. Recently, the film received its official teaser poster and the first trailer. So far, it seems that the remake will remain true to the original movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010 Dreamworks produced the film<\/a> \u201cHow to Train Your Dragon\u201d which was based on the novel by Cressida Cowell. The story is centred on Berk, a Viking village with a dragon slayers\u2019 community. The son of the chief, a boy named Hiccup, wants to be a dragon slayer like his father. But when things do not go according to his plans, Hiccup tries to seek out a Night Fury and instead befriends the dragon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This friendship radically altered the relationships between the humans and the dragons in the world. The film<\/a> becomes a great hit for Dreamworks, grossing almost half a billion at the box office. It also turned into a three-room franchise, with a spin-off television series, three films and a franchise ticked off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the year 2023, it was reported by Universal Pictures that it was executing a live-action counterpart to the animated film How To Train Your Dragon<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dean DeBlois is the director of the original movie and he was also brought back to direct this live-action adaption. The shooting for this series commenced in January 2024 and the last scene for the series was filmed in May. After this, the audience received details about the release of this iconic book series adaptation onto the screen for the very first time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teaser trailer uploaded on the official YouTube of Universal Pictures shows the character Hiccup in conversation with his father Chief Stoick played by Gerard Butler. This part of the teaser has plenty of Hiccup and Toothless meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
