The social costs of such avoidance, if it exists, are a lack of awareness and action to curb the consequences of such avoidance: broken families, lost productivity, and negative health outcomes all impact society as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mental health well being has been regarded as an important component of the emotional resilience that sustains a productive culture, the absence of which will only deteriorate the society. This paper presents eight convincing arguments that support the significance of mental health not only in the context of personal well-being but for the preservation of society as well. With mental illness affecting physical health, social participation, and work engagement, this discussion further emphasizes the importance of mental health and the need for it to take centre stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. If someone possesses a healthy <a href=\"https:\/\/holaquiz.com\/blog\/trivia-facts-that-will-blow-your-mind\/\">mind<\/a>, he\/she will possess a healthy body as well but if a person is mentally challenged then he\/she will suffer from physical body discomfort. One of the most common mental problems is stress which Lewis et al. (2022) stated causes several changes in the body such as an increase in heart rate, an increase in blood pressure, and even the secretion of hormones. Steady mental health allows one to share one\u2019s self, articulate one&#8217;s intentions, and build respect among peers. Because of a stable mental state, people can appreciate their day-to-day activities, look forward to the bright side, and show gratitude.
